I've spent several hours lately with a pair of AblePlanet Active Noise Canceling Headphones. Specifically, I've been using the True Fidelity Active Noise Canceling Headphones with Linx Audio -- also known as model number NC300B. Overall, my experience has been positive, and there's a lot to like about the NC300Bs. Let's take a closer look.

RealView, an Ireland based firm that specializes in optics, released today their V-Screen for the Sony PSP. All PSP models except the Go, meaning versions 1000, 2000, 3000, and "Slim" are supported. While it may look like an old school screen magnifier for the Gameboy, the V-Screen aims to do more by providing not only a larger image but one with additional clarity and even some added depth for 3D games. Is this accessory a must have for your PSP? Let's take a closer look.

Logitech is a name that's synonymous with quality computer and gaming peripherals. The G110 is supposed to replace the highly acclaimed G11 keyboard. But how does the 110 hold up to its venerable predecessor ?

There's nothing quite like going back a few years to enjoy a game. Okay, it has been 20 years since the last time I played most of the games I'm about to talk about.
Innex, makers of the Portable Handheld - Sega Genesis, has released a new retro gaming console in the Firecore - Classic Console (Sega Genesis). It is exactly like its little brother, but it has a few features to make it worth it.

I recently got the chance to review Turtle Beach's P21 headset, which I thought was a great USB headphone and microphone headset for use on the PS3 or PC. I've recently been spending time with another new Turtle Beach headset, this time it's the X-31 that is made specifically for the Xbox 360. The X-31 is a digital RF headphone + microphone headset that allows gamers to wirelessly capture the stereo sound from their Xbox 360 while simultaneously being able to replace their Xbox Live headset. Let's take a closer look at Turtle Beach's X-31. Oh, and for the official product page, check here.

Throughout my gaming life, I've always enjoyed light gun games. I started with Safari Hunt on the Sega Master System, and have made it a point to at least play, if not collect, light gun games and accessories ever since. Due to its controller, it's no surprise that the Wii is home to several light gun games with more on the horizon, like Capcom's Darkside Chronicles. While the original Wiimote will suffice for light gun games, a controller that actually looks like a gun is much, much cooler, not to mention more comfortable. To that end, Nintendo released the "Zapper" a good while back that worked by sliding the Wiimote into the open shell of the Zapper. The design worked, but was more of a "band-aid," leaving it up to third party companies to make much better gun controllers.

It's been about ten years now since I purchased my first Turtle Beach audio product. The Santa Cruz PCI sound card was one of the best hardware purchases I've ever made and it provided me with years of enjoyment. A few years ago, I got a pair of Turtle Beach's RF headphones that I still use to this day. Fast forward to last month, and Turtle Beach is back with a brand new Ear Force product, the P21. The P21 is a microphone + headphone combination that aims to impress. I've spent several days with the P21 headset now and I'm happy to say that Turtle Beach is still synonymous with quality, well designed, functional products. Before diving into the review, I wanted to point out Turtle Beach's official product page on the P21, as well as the brief but informative product manual.

For those of you unfamiliar with Able planet, they specialize in high quality head sets that go after the "niche" market of individuals of audiophiles that actually care about sound quality. Because let's be honest, the general consumer doesn't care about hearing all the small things, they care about portability. Able planet has released a head set that will reproduce the highs, lows and midrange frequencies flawlessly.

The name Logitech has been synonymous with quality third party products for years now. From surround sound speakers to gaming mice to iPod docks, Logitech has their skilled hands in many consumer electronic markets. One of their most popular product lines, the Harmony remote, is getting a new member in just a few weeks. The Harmony 900 essentially bridges the gap between their most popular models and the high-end 1100 series, replacing the 890 in the process. It's hard not to wince at the price, but if you can get past that, this is the remote to have.

Another Saturday night. Another chance to flex your Star Power. Your band members are all there. The house lights are low. And you can practically hear the whistles and cheers from the sold-out crowd, as fans grow impatient waiting for you to take the stage.
You’ve been here before. But this time is different. The bar is set higher. There’s more at stake. And the butterflies in your belly are real. Suddenly, this doesn’t feel like a game anymore.
Then you step into the spotlight. You nail that first riff. And you’re lost in the music. Your fingering is spot-on. Your timing, flawless. When it’s your turn to take center-stage, it’s you and your Logitech Wireless Guitar Controller. Because you’re not playing, you’re unleashing your inner rockstar.

With games like Rockband and Guitar Hero World Tour, gamers get the feeling that they are actually on stage rocking it out in front of thousands of fans! You have a realistic microphone for screaming vocals. You have a semi-realistic set of electronic drums to bang on... and a tiny, light weight plastic replica of a guitar to jam on... until now.
