Gamemeister Sid Meier's Civilization IV for Mac has just been re-released in a new Gold Edition that includes both Civ IV and Warlords, the first expansion pack. Unfortunately, it does not include the second expansion, Beyond the Sword, which Aspyr has said it would not be porting due to technical issues related to the complexity of Firaxis' original code. No matter, the basic game and the expansion will provide many hours of enjoyable gameplay on their own.
