Rogue Warrior
Richard "Dick" Marcinko is known as the Rogue Warrior (yes, in real life). A former Navy SEAL, Marcinko is an author and accomplished business man nowadays. I had never heard the name before I began to look into a new game called Rogue Warrior, developed by Rebellion and published by Bethesda Softworks. This very M rated game puts players in the shoes of Marcinko as they single handedly must keep the North Koreans and Russians from 'winning' the Cold War. The action is gritty, the language is incredibly foul, and the game does have a lot of issues -- but I'll be damned if it isn't fun enough to warrant a play through.

Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition
A few pillows, a couple of curtains and this room can spruce right up. Who ever thought that could be used as a metaphor?

WET
At E3 this year, Patrick Calkins and myself had the chance to tour the private booth of Bethesda. WET was the only game I was able to play at this year's E3 (thanks to some duties taping the show in HD). It was gritty, it was violent and it brought a very good style to a next gen title. What made this experience even better is the only question I remember asking to the developer, which went something like this: Me: "How do you duck?" Dev: "You don't."

Fallout 3
Spawned from a classic series by the same name, Fallout 3 emerges from the studios of Bethesda Softworks and onto next generation consoles.  Fans of the series have been half-hearted about its release.  They have been suspect about if the game keeps the heart and soul of the series intact.  They have been anxiously awaiting its release (which was on October 28th) to see what has become of the series in its third installment.  The verdict?  We can't tell you yet.  Read on...
