Darksiders
One of my favorite games from last year's E3 was Vigil Games' first major title: Darksiders. This third person action adventure game in the vein of God of War and Devil May Cry casts players as War from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Darksiders tells a tale of revenge and redemption, packed with violence and a variety of familiar, yet very well implemented, gameplay elements. With only minor issues sustained throughout the entire campaign, Darksiders is my first must-own have of 2010.

WWE Smackdown Vs. Raw 2010
Things you should know before this review begins. I was at Wrestlemania V in Atlantic City. I still fully believe that the WWE should be the WWF. My favorite tag team folks are/were the British Bulldogs. Most importantly, I've played every wrestling game since the Wrestlemania game in the arcades. There's a good start.

UFC 2009 Undisputed
UFC 2009 Undisputed isn't the first UFC game, but it's the first one in several years. Yuke's Media Creations, the makers of Legends of Wrestlemania, have teamed up with THQ once again to bring the deepest and most well rounded UFC game yet, and an overall fine first entry into what will surely become a new gaming franchise.

Legends of Wrestlemania brings together a large collection of the WWE's greatest stars in new wrestling offering from Yuke's Media Creations and THQ. Is Legends going to make Hulkamania run wild on you, or is this one you can do without in your gaming library?

Lock's Quest
Though it’s a dream of any DS fan, we still have yet to see a truly traditional RTS on Nintendo’s dual screen handheld. Current RTSs on the system are already few and far between and the ones that exist are either terrible or somehow make it work by hybridizing RTS with some other form of gameplay. Most notably, the current RTSs include 2 titles by Square Enix including Heroes of Mana, and Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, as well as Glory Days 2 by Eidos. Other than this, not many people have taken much of a stab at the series (which surprises me, as it seems so obvious and perfect for the capabilities of the system. Still we wait for the true RTS to put another notch in the proverbial belt of what the DS is capable of accomplishing.
