This had some great potential. It really did, and it's a shame because I think the writers wrote themselves into a corner. You hate to see when that happens.

My lord, what won't Will Ferrell do these days? What's even more shocking is what won't he turn into perfect comedy? You could put this guy in almost any situation, like walking through a park and by the time he came out it would be funny as hell.   Amazing.

Chances are you’ve heard of P.S. I Love You whether you saw it or not. You remember … it’s the Hilary Swankmovie despised by the critics.

I had seen my fair share of romantic comedies; most are generic and forgettable, but there have been some gems over the years that surprised me. Most recently I saw 27 Dresses on Blu-ray, starring Katherine Heigl, from Grey's Anatomy fame. I've certainly seen worse, but not a whole lot...

In 1996, Will Smith, Bill Paxton, Randy Quaid, and Jeff Goldblum, with help from others, held off a full blown alien invasion of Earth to protect mankind. ID4, also known as Independence Day, was arguably the hottest film of the year, and is a textbook example of a summer blockbuster....
