Wishes, desires, and bad luck.
For all of Kimihiro Watanuki’s young life, he has been plagued with the ability to see and be effected by spirits all around him. All he wanted to do was live a mostly normal high school student’s life and get closer to his adorable classmate Himawari. In a stroke of luck that’s either good or bad (depending on your viewpoint), Watanuki finds himself stumbling into the wish-granting shop of the witch Yuuko. She agrees to remove Watanuki’s ability to see spirits under the condition that he work as her assistant till the value of his work efforts has become equivalent to the value of his desire. That seems simple enough, right? But when Watanuki’s life becomes even stranger because of Yuuko’s customers, acquaintances, and the tasks he’s assigned to do it begins to seem a little more trouble than the reward could be worth to normal people. Instead of seeing fewer spirits, now he comes face to face with more of them than he ever had a desire to! Will Watanuki ever have a normal existence? And will Yuuko ever stop drinking?

She goes boom, boom, boom.
The Slayers all began with an underdeveloped sorceress, Lina Inverse, and her quest for fame and fortune. After thinking he saved her from some revenge-seeking bandits, Gourry Gabriev joins her as her self-proclaimed protector. It’s only Lina’s misfortune that his wit isn’t as sharp as his skills with a sword. From there, the two set out looking for rare treasures and spells and find themselves constantly getting swept up in plots larger than themselves. Constantly meeting allies along the way, such as the taciturn Zelgadis and the energetic Amelia, the main cast of Slayers always finds themselves one step away from danger rather than closer to their individual goals. People of the world might revere them as heroes and saviors from plans to destroy the world. However, the destruction they seem to cause in the meantime seems to override any respect people might have for them. Comedy and adventure is in high quantity as Lina Inverse shoots for the stars to become the most powerful sorceress there is.

A great civil war broke out amongst the Tribe of Heroes causing great devastation, and all but five of the Tribe of Heroes was wiped out. Those remaining five were placed in bodies of the other races so that they might better serve them. They ran into each other, literally, while Ayu was running away with a bag of taiyaki that she failed to pay for. Ayu takes Yuichi into a café to explain the situation, that a cat jumped up on the taiyaki stand and the owner scared the cat, and consequently, Ayu away. Yuichi takes her back to pay for the taiyaki and promises to meet up with her another day. The next girl Yuichi meets is the bad tempered Makoto that has lost her memory. In this fifth season of the incorrigible Jimmy Kudo’s existence as Conan Edogawa, the police department still doesn’t mind a child poking around murder scenes. Which is great, because his incredible mystery-solving aptitude is one of the top reasons each and every murder or crime gets solved. Twenty-four fresh episodes easily provide enough murderous intent to satisfy any fan of Sherlock Holmes. We’ve got them all, from attempted death by arson to serial killers taking revenge for a decade-old crime. Hitch up your short pants, straighten your bow tie and hang on for the ride!

A tale of two brothers.
Fullmetal Alchemist is a tale that begins with loss and tragedy for the young Elric brothers, Edward and Alphonse. With the death of their mother, these two brothers decide to go against the ethics of the alchemy they’d been studying to bring her back. To their horror, the price of the exchange was too great. If not for Ed’s quick thinking, he would have lost his brother entirely. Now the boys live a half-life—Ed with his automail arm and leg and Al’s soul bound to an armor shell. They embark on a goal to become state alchemists for the army with one purpose, to find the Philosopher’s Stone. With it, they can undo what they have done to themselves. But what price will they pay into equivalent exchange?

Shortly after, though, she has to move out for a while because of remodeling on the house. Not wanting to be a burden by living with her friends, Hana and Uo, she decides to live in a tent. On her way to school one day she stumbles upon a house. Her life takes another major turn at this point, only it’s for the better. Meet Rebecca
Also known as Becky. She’s your average half-Japanese half-American 11-year-old. Oh, except for one thing- she’s a complete genius! She graduated from MIT at the age of 10 and then made her way to Japan to become a high school teacher. And boy, did the kids in her new class get a kick out of that! Now meet the Momotsuki’s Academy class of 1-C. There’s Himeko, the absent minded random cowlick girl that loves crab and says “Maho!” constantly; Miyako, the fore-heady book worm; Rei, the one bent on making money in any situation possible; Kurumi, the plain girl; Sayaka, the one that’s taken advantage of; and Ichijo, the class rep. that has some very eccentric ways of doing things. Oh, there’s also a depressed bunny that is continually picked because nobody loves him. His name is Mesousa and he can talk (and act). On either side of the classroom there are two strange homeroom teachers, one with a severe drinking problem and the other is a delusional old man. With this dynamic it’s no wonder there’s never a normal day in class.
Some of the adventures that they go on include traveling inside of...
